The owner, Ryan Mears, began as a young carpet and vinyl installer collecting extensive knowledge and expertise in the early years dedicated to working on the tools. With this growing wisdom he turned a vision of running his own business into a reality through hard work, integrity and a love for building and maintaining relationships. Having a strong orientation for business, together he and his family built RJ’s Carpets from the ground up. This saw Ryan open warehouses in Rosebery, Botany and ultimately Banksmeadow. Having the moto “ No Job too big or too small,” Ryan found a niche in both domestic and commercial flooring jobs all over Sydney. Whilst becoming a prominent, loyal partner to dozens of Sydney Eastern Suburbs Real Estate and Strata management companies, RJ’s Carpets proved to be reliable, time sensitive and above all; customer driven. Following this successful beginning, RJ’s Carpets went on to spend the last decade working direct with the NSW Department of Education and other well known facility management companies, on major school flooring projects. Simultaneously, RJ’s Carpets are the preferred flooring company for over 20 large hotel chains in Sydney and regional NSW. RJ’s Carpets also boasts an extensive list of pubs, clubs and casinos.
